Do you do character, film, etc designs?
Unfortunately we do not take custom orders for any copyrighted material... This includes cartoon characters, movie characters, football teams and more.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally

Where are you based and do you allow collections?
We are based in Staffordshire UK & we do not allow collections

Something is missing from my order, what can I do?
Report it via email. Please note, this MUST be done within 48 hours. Anything outside of that timescale cannot be investigated properly and will not be compensated.

What is your turnaround?
Our current dispatch timescale is 1-7 working days for ready made/in stock items and up-to 14 working days for made to order/personalised

I haven’t received my tracking information, what do I do?
One your order is sent we update with tracking numbers, please check your Junk./Spam folders, if you still have no joy please email us at kswdesigns.kw@gmail.com and make sure to include your order number

How do I make a complaint?
To raise a complaint, or bring an issue to our attention - we require you to send an email to our email address: kswdesigns.kw@gmail.com - from there, we will acknowledge your complaint within 72h.
