💥Refund & Return Policy💥
ReturnsÂ
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase is delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.Â
Please email us at kswdesigns.kw@gmail.com regarding all returns/refunds, and any orders that have not arrived.
In the event of an order not arriving within 14 working days, these need to reported to us within 28 working days of the original order date.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.Â
Damaged items MUST be reported within 14 WORKING DAYS of receiving the item. Â We cannot refund an item outside of this time frame
Some goods are exempt from being returned.Â
Non-returnable/non-refundable items:Â
Personalised items (unless faulty/damaged)
To complete your return, we require you to email us at kswdesigns.kw@gmail.com with photographs of the damage/fault along with photos of the packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)Â
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Â
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.Â
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)Â
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Â
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Â
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed and appears on your account.Â

Sale items (if applicable)Â
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty
Exchanges (if applicable)Â
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  kswdesigns.kw@gmail.com
ShippingÂ
To return your product email us at kswdesigns.kw@gmail.com where you will be given an address for your return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item has been received faulty or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.Â
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.Â
Please ALWAYS retain a proof of postage when returning your item back to us.  If you are shipping an item over £50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t take responsibility for any parcel lost in transit
