Ordered 10th August , arrived today 3rd September - i would not have minded the long turn around time had the item arrived in the colour i specified on the order notes - the order was accepted, so i assumed i would get what i had asked for or some sort of communication and advice if this were not possible.
Item arrived today - i like it and the concept is good, so I’ve given a couple of stars, but unfortunately i will be gifting it as it doesnt match my kitchen - which is a shame .
We are so sorry that the item we made for you was not in the colour you specified, unfortunately your order did not have any note to specify colour (if for canister which we only offer the black and gold or if it was the text colour which we can do any), we are looking into why your note was not displayed in your order.
