Choose Your Topper Style

Custom toppers are available in different styles depending on the look you're after, from simpler personalised designs to detailed layered and shaker toppers.

Please select your preferred topper style when ordering. The complexity and construction of your topper will depend on the option selected and your individual design requirements.

Design Proof & Approval

Because your topper is being designed especially for you, we'll create a digital design proof for you to approve before we begin making it.

Your order includes up to two rounds of reasonable design changes. These can include adjustments to elements such as colours, layout or design details.

Once you're happy with your design and have approved your proof, we'll begin making your topper. Changes cannot be made once the design has been approved and production has started.

Please keep an eye on your messages after ordering. Delays in responding to your design proof may affect the completion and dispatch of your order.

Copyrighted Characters, Logos & Branding

We cannot reproduce copyrighted or trademarked characters, logos, branded artwork or other protected designs.

If your chosen theme would normally include these elements, we can instead create an original themed design using suitable colours, patterns and generic elements to complement your celebration without reproducing the protected artwork.

Inspiration images may be provided to help communicate the overall theme or style you're looking for, but they will not be directly copied.

Every custom cake topper is individually designed, cut, assembled and finished by KSW Designs. As each piece is handmade, small variations may occur and are part of the nature of a handmade product.
